I have over 100 apps with him and I think he's class. Can ping a ball from DM to out on a wing quite accurately and has some nice defensive play styles to help with his defending. For his price I don't think you'll find better.

Haven't used Phillips but Witsel been class for me at CB, he's like a mini van Dijk when it comes to corners and seems to score nearly every one and he's easy to link with Griezmann and Llorente

Clearly he's not meta but I packed him untradeable and as a casual player I'm really enjoying using him, doesn't feel slow, passing from the back is excellent and he's a menace on corners
