Honestly pace isn't really an issue with CDMs. His positioning is great and he always seems to be in the right positions to win the ball. You'd be surprised at how often he can catch players anyhow
Try him out and see for yourself. If you like then keep, if not then sell.
This guy is crazy. You don't need a lot of pace on a CDM. In a holding or deep-lying playmaker role he is perfect, he is everywhere and really controls the midfield. Great at defending and winning the ball, and passing and ball distribution is top tier

Just got him tradable from champs rewards haha I know he's absolute trash and discard price, but it was still a nice surprise and pretty cool to pack an icon
I bought him when he was around 1 mil a couple weeks ago. It's the first Gullit card I've ever had. I know some might think he's outdated now but he's still very very good. I use him as a b2b and his presence in game is unmatched compared to any card I've used in the past. If you're considering buying him I would now he's cheap, well worth the price
