They did not add the no in-progress evolution requirement to any of the evos besides the glow up so I believe it should work.
96 Overall with 3 playstyles+Glow-up pt 1 + 2 finish but don't claim pt 3.You're left with an 83 card with 89 overall waiting.Put the 83 into secret stuff claim all and get 85 with 1 p.s+.Put the 85 into jack of all trades and complete all and get a 90 ovr.Then claim the glow-up pt 3 to get a 96 with 3 p.s+if a better combo gets added I will update.
