Tempo? Both have 90 speed. Have you even compared the two? Larsson has First Touch+ and Finesse Shot.

The only difference is 4* skills, different playstyles and price. You can play Hernandez, but Larsson 88 is definitely an almost equivalent alternative for people who have very few coins. Larsson 88 looks almost the same in terms of stats and costs 30k. Hernandez has 4* skills and slightly different playstyles, but the playstyles aren't outstanding either. If you don't need 4* skills and don't have a lot of coins, consider Larsson as an cheaper and tradeable alternative.
