Agreed, his price is exagerrated but he's a good box to box mid with good link - I had problems linking Di Maria before. I did him for free with mostly untradable fodder so I think in this case he's worth it but if u dont have much fodder, its probably better to buy some tradable cards.
Have u actually tried Diatta at ST? For me he's class there but yeah he'd be great as a winger too. Atal is probably a bit better at ST but Diatta is almost on his level for me.

Tried both at ST, Atal is amazing but so is Diatta. 99 pace, 99 agility and 99 stamina is OP AF. If u want to save some coins before TOTS, Diatta is fine, for me he's on the same level as Atal.
I sold Quag for him as well. He's ****ing useless and I lost more than 200k on him but oh well. I use Torres on 8 chem in my Serie A/BL Hybrid and he's amazing. Best ST I've used this year. Squad: https://www.futbin.com/19/squad/8522555
