The Ballon d’Or is coming to Ultimate Team for the first time EVER! It’s coming this Friday and will be paired with the Centurions Promo over the weekend. We’ll run through everything we know so far about the promo and the return of Centurions!

What is the Ballon d’Or Promo in FC 25?

The Ballon d’Or Weekend is a brand new type of in game event in addition to Centurions. 

Global Loan Ballon d’Or cards can be used across the weekend to unlock permanent rewards for your club. There’s no indication as to what these will be just yet, but we’ll find out soon!

When first logging in this weekend you’ll receive two Ballon d’or Themed Player Picks, one male and one female.

Will Ballon d’Or Players be in Packs?

No, Ballon d’Or cards will not be available in store packs, and look to only be available as Global Loans for a set period of time. 

Ballon d’Or Objectives

These Ballon d’Or cards will be loans and it seems like they’ll be needed for objectives, but what if they’re needed to unlock other Ballon d’Or cards…

This is just a concept idea from us, and not confirmed to be coming to FC 25 but would be pretty cool!

2 of the new cards have already been confirmed, winners Rodri and Bonmati will both be 97 rated with some incredible stats!

What is the Centurions Promo in FC 25?

Centurions made its debut in FIFA 23 and is a celebration of players who have hit the 100 milestone in their career in any capacity. Whether it’s 100 appearances, goals, assists or even points in the case of Mahrez and De Bruyne! 

Centurions Neymar you’ll always hold a special place in my heart.

Centurions Icons

Yep, here we go, the first Icon Promo of FC 25. Centurion Icons made their debut last year with the inclusion of some of the very best. Eusebio, Gullit, Jairzinho and Zico were all included last year and we’re expecting a similar level of Icons in this year's promo!

Centurions Evolutions

We’ve seen an increase in Evolutions this year and after the success of Centurions Evo’s in FC 24, we’d be stupid not to think they’re coming again! Box to Box and Sharpshooter were two of the most popular Evo’s from the entire year with this Pedro Neto being a fan favourite!
